- Wholesale membership is available only to registered businesses operating within Australia.
- Applicants must provide a valid Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Punjab Imports reserves the right to approve, decline, suspend, or cancel any wholesale membership at its sole discretion.
- Pricing & Orders
- Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to approved wholesale members.
- Prices, product availability, promotions, and wholesale benefits are subject to change without notice.
- Minimum order quantities and/or minimum order values may apply.
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
- Use of Wholesale Account
- Products purchased through a wholesale account must be used for registered business purposes.
- Wholesale members must comply with all applicable Australian laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Membership accounts are non-transferable and may only be used by the approved business entity.
- Account Responsibilities
- Members are responsible for ensuring that all business information provided to Punjab Imports remains accurate and up to date.
- Any changes to business ownership, ABN, trading status, business address, or contact details must be promptly communicated to Punjab Imports.
- Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
- Confidentiality
- Wholesale pricing, promotional offers, business information, and other confidential materials provided by Punjab Imports must not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability
- Wholesale Members are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt and must notify Punjab Imports of any shortages, damages, defects, or discrepancies within a reasonable period after delivery or collection.
- Privacy
- Personal and business information collected during the application and membership process will be handled in accordance with the Punjab Imports Privacy Policy.
- Information may be used for account administration, verification, order processing, communication, and other legitimate business purposes.
- Acceptance
By submitting a wholesale membership application, you confirm that:
- The information provided is true, complete, and accurate.
- You are authorised to submit the application on behalf of the business.
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Wholesale Membership Terms & Conditions.
