Triangle Fryums 200g
Description
Triangle fryums are a variation of popular Indian fryum snacks made using a triangular shaped mold or die.Like other fryums, a savory lentil or chickpea flour dough is pressed into the triangle shaped cavities before frying. This gives them a distinct triangular profile.Making the spiced dough typically involves besan (gram flour), rice flour or sabudana flour (sago), salt, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, chili powder and oil.The dough can be pressed into the molds manually or using mechanical presses to evenly distribute into each triangle cavity.
